I arrived a few minutes early . Was taken to a room in the back. I was told that the Dr would be right with me. I waited for over 40 minutes. My appointment was at 4:30 pm. At 5:15 I still had not been attended to. While I continued to wait, I over heard the female staff laughing and cracking jokes about their personal life all the way from the where they were in the front . Finally at 5:10 pm I was told there was one more patient ahead of me yet the Dr was still drilling in another room. The office was now closed at 5pm. I was then asked to come back tomorrow. I already took time off of work only to be left waiting. I would not recommend this place and I let the staff know this. They were negligent and unprofessional and lacked customer service.

I should have known when they wanted so much cash up front. Watch out for charges that dental insurance never covers. The dental code D3331 is known as a revenue enhancer Which is obviously being abused at this facility. I learned the hard way. I paid an extra $500 for my procedure since its not covered or justified by my insurer. What a hustle!

My root canal experience was very positive. Dr. Silvestrin and Patty(i) were kind and patient. My appointment was kept right on schedule and the procedure and any follow up were thoroughly explained. I had a moment of panic (just my own slight anxiety) and I was given a break and a moment to breath and collect myself before finishing. I recommend this office.

I have been seeing the periodontal hygienist for two or three years now and never had a problem until now. This morning I went to my appointment and she began to express her political views and her views on mask wearing. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I found this inappropriate due to the divisive climate our country is experiencing and the ongoing pandemic. It’s stressful enough being in a dental office with COVID cases on the rise but when the professional with their hands in your mouth informs you of her opposition to mask wearing, it’s unsettling. These topics have no place in this setting.
